Hidden Lagoon Resort (Tan Tiyo St., Maug Ave., Purok 6, Danao, Panglao, Bohol, Philippines) is responsible for the personal data you give us on this website, in line with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).

What we collect and why

When you book or send a request we collect your name, email, phone, nationality (optional), dates, room, number of guests and any notes. We use them only to manage your booking, contact you about your stay and comply with legal obligations (for example, guest registration).

Payments

Online payments are processed by PayMongo Philippines. We never see or store your card details.

Statistics and cookies

This website uses no advertising or tracking cookies. We count visits with our own privacy-friendly statistics tool (Umami), which uses no cookies and does not store your IP address. We record the country your booking comes from (never your IP address) and, if you arrive from a link, the campaign that brought you.

How long we keep it

Booking data is kept as long as required by accounting and tax rules, and then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to mabuhay@hiddenlagoonresort.com. You can also complain to the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).
